ABN: 38 359 057 438
Contact: 1300 76 44 77
1Quotes and bookings
Our written quote describes the work, price and any assumptions, such as the surface, layout, colours and materials. The quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing, including by email or text. Any changes to the agreed work may change the price or timing. We’ll tell you about the change and get your approval before carrying out the extra work.
2Site access and preparation
You must arrange safe and timely access to the work area, including any site inductions, permits or traffic control that are your responsibility. Before we arrive, the area must be clear of vehicles, equipment, people and other obstructions.
Unless the quote says otherwise, you’re responsible for telling us about underground services, hazards, site rules and any special requirements. We may pause or reschedule work if the site isn’t safe or ready.
3Surface and existing markings
Our quote is based on the surface conditions we can reasonably see when preparing it. Surface preparation, removal of old markings, repairs, priming or other extra work is included only if listed in the quote.
Existing paint, coatings, surface damage, contamination, moisture, texture or poor adhesion may affect how the new markings look or last. If we find a condition that could materially affect the work, we’ll discuss options and any additional cost with you before proceeding.
4Weather and timing
Line marking depends on suitable weather and surface conditions. Rain, moisture, temperature, wind or other unsafe conditions may delay the work. We’ll contact you to arrange another time if conditions aren’t suitable.
Any completion date is an estimate unless we’ve expressly agreed in writing that it is fixed.
5Price and payment
Prices are inclusive of GST. Terms will be indicated on the quote.
If you dispute an invoice, please tell us promptly and explain why. You must still pay any amount that is not in dispute by the due date.
6Cancellation or rescheduling
Please give us at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule at shorter notice, we may charge reasonable costs we have already incurred or cannot recover, such as materials, travel or scheduled labour.
7Care after the work
You must keep people and vehicles off the marked area for the drying or curing time we advise. Using the area too early may damage the markings.
8Workmanship concerns
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you believe there is a problem with our work, and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect it and discuss a remedy.
These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9Liability
Each party is responsible for loss or damage to the extent it is caused by that party’s breach of these terms, negligence or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
